Commercial Project Portfolio.

This portfolio is being built deliberately. Case studies are published only after Benson Building Services completes the work and the customer or property owner approves publication.

In progress

Case studies are added as approved work is completed

  • Each case study covers a project delivered under a Benson Building Services agreement.
  • Scope, photos and property details are published only with documented written permission from the customer or property owner.
  • Nothing is published that a customer prefers to keep private.

What each case study will document

So you know what to expect, here is the structure every published Benson case study will follow. This is the reporting format, not a description of completed work.

  1. Step 1

    The condition and the ask

What the property owner or manager was dealing with, why it mattered to the building, and the constraints the work had to respect.

  2. Step 2

    Documented scope

The written scope that was agreed before work started, including anything deliberately left out and why.

  3. Step 3

    Coordination and sequencing

How access, occupied-space impact, schedule and any licensed trade partners were handled through the project.

  4. Step 4

    Result and closeout

What was completed, what changed along the way, the closeout documentation handed over, and permission confirmed before publication.

Experience that informs the work

Ryan Benson brings prior facilities and project-management experience to how Benson Building Services scopes, communicates and documents work. That background is separate from Benson Building Services and is described here in general terms only.

  • Occupied commercial environments

Planning and sequencing work around tenants, staff and daily building operations.

  • Repairs and improvements

Scoping building repairs, finishes and small improvement work across building systems and interiors.

  • Documentation

Recording conditions, scope and changes in writing so decisions can be reviewed later.

  • Coordination

Coordinating schedules, access and specialty trade contractors across a project.

  • Closeout

Confirming completed scope and handing over documentation at the end of the work.
