Replacing a dated trim package with new base, casing and crown through a room or floor.
Interior door & hardware work
Replacing interior doors, jambs and hardware as part of a room improvement.
Coordinated regulated trades
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC portions are coordinated through appropriately licensed and insured trade contractors when a project requires them.

Commercial building work is our primary focus, so residential requests are reviewed individually against scope, schedule and service area. Sending a request does not guarantee acceptance — if a project is not a fit, we say so plainly. Structural alterations, engineering and certifications are outside what we take on.
